The condo fee is ridiculously high!!!!!!!!! And special assessment fees is charged almost every month. And the unit price is dropping. If they prevent us from renting the condo out, I will sell it right away.
At one time the Carrollton was strictly a privately owned Condominium, but of late it is turning into an apartment complex. There are more rentals & students there then you can shake a stick at. The Management Company is a rip off and will nickle and dime you to death. Any person who purchases a unit there needs their head examined.
A really nice location ; however Outrageous Condominium fees. Management does not respond in a timely fashion and the building is 50 some years old and has problems because of it age.
A very secure and safe residence. For the most part residents are professionals of the higher income bracket. Off street parking in private garage.
King of the JHU apartment/condo complexes, without a doubt the ritziest and safest of them all.
