These apartments are supposed to the best in town. While the daily maintenance is fair, improvement to the buildings is non-existent. The plumbing is old. The drains in the bathroom become clogged at least once a month. Rust comes from the pipes, staining the fixtures and the water. Black mold grows on the windows and the bathtub.
