Besides having very beautiful and unusual pieces, Carroll's Jewelers has the nicest people serving their customers. I love shopping, browsing or just visiting the store on Las Olas Blvd. There is always something new and exciting for purchase. I enjoy everyone of the pieces I bought there. Great Experience – I had a question about a diamond that I have and what it was worth. Never once did they try to sell me anything or take advantage me as did the other six jewelery stores I went into before I came across Carroll's. I came across them because a gemologist on-line sent me a website to the AGS (American Gem Sociey) - and told me I can search for a reputable jeweler who is affiliated with AGS which means well trusted and have the highest standard. They are one of the few jewelers in South Florida that is AGS affiliated which after lots of researching is very important. It means that they do business with the highest integrity. I wanted to get my diamond appraised so that I can sell it at a decent price. I went to at least half a dozen other jewelers asking them to help, and not only did they try to take advantage of me by buying my diamond at a low-ball price.
