Truly a pleasure dealing with them! I am a professional engineer, and they checked things I never would have thought to, much less would have the required tools. They walked the roof, checked attic, A/C efficiency, all doors and windows, drawers, outlets, lights etc. Report is helpful with pictures of all problems found. They provided advice after the report on negotiating changes to request before purchasing our home. Well worth the cost.
