I love these guys. My daughter has a Passat that gets all of the servicing there. The one time she had broke down about a mile from there shop they came out. Put a band-aid on the car to get it to she shop. Saved me a tow bill and hassle of waiting on tow truck. The car was also fixed the same day. Some engine sensor. :) if you have a VW give them a shot. I like them and more importantly my daughter likes them. She is 19. Lord help me.
If I had written this two years ago it would have been 5 starts but these guys have gone downhill. This place sucks. Do not take your car here. I am very disappointed in the way these guys treated us. Thought we were valued customers but apparently not. I refuse to be treated this way and not make it known that these guys don t deserve business.
I originally took my wife s beetle to these guys because their prices were hard to beat for replacing the timing belt. Once I got there and met them I realized they REALLY only work on one kind of car and are very knowlegeable about them. Considering some of the shops I have dealt with, it is nice to take the bug somewhere that knows exacly what they are doing. I might buy a jetta for my next car now that I know someone here i Carrollton can service it properly.
I have been taking my 2002 Passat Wagon to Wizard Automotive for the past few years. A friend at work told me about these guys so when my car started leaking oil I went to pay them a visit. First, they are open all day Saturday. Nice! I dont have to miss work. Second, whoever changed my oil last didnt tighten the plug! They corrected this at no charge, gave me a printed copy of my cars recommended maintenance schedule to keep for myself and sent me on my way. This is where I take my VW from now on.
My ABS light was on. The dealer wanted to replace it with a new on. These guys sent my old one and got it rebuilt with a better warranty and 1/3 the cost. I coulnt be happier. I had also taken my car there earlier that year for the timing belt. It was in and out the same day. Sure to do business with again.Jess
I dont even have a VW, but my Mazdas love it there! Great prices, friendly guys, that know their jobs!!!A+ work fellas!
