Great owner vey polite and professional
Local, family-owned storage facility. Great people, Stu is as nice as they come! No frills, just clean and dry with very reasonable prices!
We had two storage units at Carroll Station Self Storage for over a year. We never had any issues. It was very convenient giving it was a mile from our house. Owner is very nice and prices are very fair.
Very dissatisfied! I contacted the owner around noon on 5/26/23. He said he wasn't sure if any units were available, but would let me know. At almost 8pm, I texted him (per his request so he would have my #). He texted me at 1:13pm on 5/27 saying that a large unit had opened up. I didn't see the text until close to 3:30. I texted him about when I could see it. He responded he would be there until 5 and also said a smaller unit (which we had discussed) would be open at the end of the month.
