Never did I think that when I referred this company to a friend that she would be treated the way she was by this company. She was told her basement renovation would take eight weeks and it’s going on one year and no completion. The bathroom tiling is shoddy workmanship at best and I would be embarrassed if that was my bathroom. the owner of this company should be embarrassed by his quality of work. I had hired Stephen Carroll through my friends recommendation. The basement work started July of 2022 where he was going to finish my basement in 8 weeks. He drew up the payment plan for 8 weeks. In the 8th week when I refused to pay him his last instalment he yelled and fought with me , considering he had to complete more than half of the basement.
