Top notch management company. They use an app to pay your rent, request maintenance etc. Somehow, I paid my rent times 2 about a year ago. At first it was app company vs my bank vs Carroll Realty. Well nothing could be done at the bank or the app company. Carroll Realty stepped up and refunded all full months rent, no questions asked. I whole heartedly recommend them.
