Worst company you could ever rent from. Closed on weekends, give units different from what they show. They also have 2 units I viewed in the city, with keys marked incorrectly for over 3 months now. Units are in poor condition, crawling with bugs. Now I have a friend renting through them and maintenance is not being completed, the office staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional!
I’ve been renting an apartment managed by Carroll Realty for many years. I’ve never had an issue they didn’t handle swiftly, with efficiency and professionalism. I’ve dealt mainly with Rosalind and Sheila from the office and I’m always impressed with their thoughtfulness and the real care they extend to my needs. Kudos, Carroll Realty.
Office staff are very rude!
Very rude, and they charge an extra 50 bucks to pay through the online portal. Which of course is the only way you can pay them.
