I lived at my apartment going on almost 6 years. Carrol Realty Property Manager is our realtor. Anytime something happens, breaks down all I have to do is go to our online portal go to maintenance tell the problem and they will get on it right away. They will work with you if you have problems with the rent. I could ask for a better realtor.
Sheila and Rosalind were EXTREMELY helpful in finding me a rental home on just a COUPLE DAYS notice. My employer moves my family and I all over Florida on short term rentals. This time they gave me 4 days to find a place for my construction during BIKE WEEK!!! 🤣 The property, the office support, and the exit was top notch! Thanks a million!
