This place has just gone completely downhill. You can’t schedule an appointment anymore, it has to be the same day which is difficult for a lot of people that have jobs. They make you jump through hoops to get tests. It never use to be like this growing up. Just sad to see a place like this fall to the ground

I have been going to this office for close to 30 years. I have never had an issue with the front desk when I call in. And if I need a same day appt, they are good to find me one. Although the front desk has several new people, they are learning, and succeeding. The kicker is, as a patient, I must have patience bc the get busy and can only handle one person or one call at a time due to privacy laws.
