Melanie Greenway is the BEST!! I’ve been going to her for years and trust her with my care.
Went for sciatica, the clinic had a bill for me bc they billed the wrong insurance for it, then argued with me over my “intent” to not pay. They finally went back and billed it and the finance person never came back to apologize or anything. This was in front of a waiting room full of people. My insurance wouldn’t approve an mri unless the doctor requested it immediate, the doctor lied to my face telling me they denied the appeal. This place has just gone completely downhill. You can’t schedule an appointment anymore, it has to be the same day which is difficult for a lot of people that have jobs. They make you jump through hoops to get tests. It never use to be like this growing up. Just sad to see a place like this fall to the ground
