Worst front-desk of any doctors office i've experienced. They constantly just hang up on you after waiting 30min on the phone. Doctors are fine but good luck trying to ever get to one with the front desk blocking you every chance they get.
Let me just say this. The front office ladies need to be removed.

Went for sciatica, the clinic had a bill for me bc they billed the wrong insurance for it, then argued with me over my “intent” to not pay. They finally went back and billed it and the finance person never came back to apologize or anything. This was in front of a waiting room full of people. My insurance wouldn’t approve an mri unless the doctor requested it immediate, the doctor lied to my face telling me they denied the appeal.
