I’ve been a loyal patient at Carroll Primary Care, PA for 20 years. Today, I called to schedule an appointment and was told that I’m now considered a new patient because I haven’t had a visit in the past two years, even though they’re still listed as my primary care provider in my insurance plan, and I’ve stayed in touch with my physician via phone and email. Apparently, they’ve adopted a policy where if you haven’t had a billable visit recently, you lose your patient status and can no longer see your primary care physician.... read more

I have been going here for years without any warning The primary care doctor just disappeared and apparently my appointment. It was the last day she was available. She gave me no warning, and I had to fight with them to get my records.And while I was standing there, the front desk was answering the phone, giving every person that called a different answer about.Why there was not going to be a doctor there anymore And basically, they were saying, for 3 months out we won't have a doctor but they weren't being quite clear about... read more

Have been a patient there for over 25 years, my original Doctor was the founder, James Foresburg, the absolute best, May he rest in peace. Didn't go to the office for 5 years after he passed, found PA Melanie Greenburg, who was outstanding. Called today to get my 26 year old son in for pre-op for emergency surgery. Told he was not a patient (because he went to pediatrics prior to the emergency), and they would not see him. Told him to go to urgent care.
