We've used Carroll Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling for years. Previously they came in to asses a hot water heater issue. They gave great advice, and I actually made the repair myself. When the same water heater had issues, many years later, we didn't hesitate to call Carroll. They called the morning of our appointment to see if they could come early, which was great for us. Dustin from Carroll came out to replace a bit of drain pipe that was leaking from just being old piping. He was very friendly and professional. The work looked great and most importantly stopped the leak! I was referred to Carroll by another contractor I had do work for me and I would very highly recommend Carroll for anyone who needs to get plumbing work done and I will be using them again in the future. Great company.
I had Carroll heating and AC install a new unit in my condo. The whole process from beginning to end was so easy and I’m very impressed with this company. Rob, David, Josh, and Josh were very professional, very knowledgeable and I would recommend this company highly to anyone needing HVAC systems installed or repaired.
