Needed my entire house repiped due to having Kitec plumbing and getting ready to sell my house. Everything started out great. Roger appreciated me providing him with info and access to all areas where new drops were going to go. The work started off fine. 4 days later when they finished, the water worked fine. First problem was how much they didn't care about my landscaping. Roger, The Owner of Carroll Plumbing, is a Man of Inegrity & Honesty! His Values Exemplify His Actions! He comes to your home promptly & accesses your issue @ no extra charge! He’s Amiable, Friendly and accessible for questions! It’s a bit taxing in this day & age to secure a Reputable Company to remedy a problem! He’s Knowledgable, Fair Priced & Understanding! Joe, The Journeyman Plumber, who came out, was Punctual, Hard Working & Focused! Call Roger 1st, before seeking out other quotes, then make your decision!

My landlord called Carroll out to deal with a clogged toilet at my office. Before he even identified the issue, the plumber lectured me about paper towels being a common problem. We absolutely do not flush paper towels. When they finished the job, they left a huge mess, mostly from rinsing their equipment in our office shower. I would not recommend this contractor or use them myself.
