I have many family and friends buried at Carroll Memory Gardens. When my mom passed away recently, I went to see Pam. She is by far the best at her job. I have known Pam for most of my life. She is compassionate and caring. It is heartwrenching to lose a loved one. In August of 2024 I met Pam and she made the situation less stressful for me as I needed to purchase a plot for my husband who passed away. She had all paperwork ready for me when I arrived at her office, she was very kind and helpful to me and my kids. Thanks Pam for everything u have done for me and my kids.
Having to bury your child is the worst thing you can imagine. Making decisions and choices when your mind is not capable is very difficult. Pamela Norton Thompson was very helpful, compassionate and willing to make a hard time easier. She is a great asset to this business. My husband and I alone with our oldest daughter when to Carroll Memory Garden to check on our plots. Well to make a long story short. Our plots wasn’t like it was supposed to be.
