These folks use poor quality products, the craftsmanship is poor, and the service is the worst. The initial install took forever because the first worker quit and no one followed up to see if he had done any work. A portion of our ductwork had to be replaced by a seperate company because it busted open. Our air conditioning failed three times over a period of three months during the summer because they keept using inferior parts.
