Not a preferred doctor. Aweful.
Dr Carroll is OK but the front office staff is terrible. They are always rude, argue with the parents and treat the parents of the patients like children. It's not worth going there just because of how the front office staff treat you. Even my children have noticed and said to me "they're pretty mean there, aren't they?". Won't be going back there.
We’ve taken both our children to Dr. Carroll and she’s fantastic. She treats our children as if they were her own. She’s smart and we wouldn’t trust our kids with anyone else.
Dr. Carroll literally saved our Daughter's life as a newborn. She is now almost 17 years old and I can't imagine putting my trust in regards to she and her Sister's health in anyone else's hands. Dr. Carroll is knowledgeable, thorough and she is not an alarmist which I greatly appreciate as a parent. I have never had a time where I have left a message for Dr. Carroll and not had a call back from her nurse Wwho has always been great with answering my questions/concerns.
Dr. Carroll is our doctor for my two sons. She is extremely thorough, listens to our concerns and effectively responds. We have never left her clinic uncertain, uncomfortable, uninformed in any of our son's well being. She is always spot on with a diagnosis and will run what ever tests are needed for the boys. She has the best, sweetest personality of any physician I've ever known! The boys love her and are so comfortable with her. We can't praise her enough!
Great for well care, but if you can't get a sick child in to be seen and there is no other doctor on call for her it doesn't really matter. I have been a patient for 16 years and still feel I have to get around the staff for an appointment. Don't like being diagnosed by the receptionist.
