Dr Carroll has done three root canals for me he’s fast professional and an excellent doctor.
Dr. Carroll fit me in the next day! He was deliberate, thorough, and instructive. Instead of rushing into root canal, he prescribed medication to rule out TMJ and asked to call the next day to report if it worked. It did. Highly recommended.
Dr Carroll explained everything regarding the root canal. He was kind and compassionate. Concerned about my comfort throughout procedure. Entire staff was professional and kind. It was a great experience considering the circumstances and the amount of pain I was in. Gina was the dental assistant and was very kind, professional and concerned for my well being.
Dr Carroll is an excellent doctor.
1/20/2017 I had a very bad experience today with Dr. Carroll. I came in with a tooth ache that my dentist thought needed a root canal. My dentist told me to see a doctor in the office to be treated. I had a partial denture and I did not want to lose this tooth as it held the denture in place. Dr. Carroll let it be know he did not want to work on this tooth. He said it would be a lot of work, time etc. He just was kind of insulting. I would not go back to him nor recommend him
