By getting a new office manager. My husband and I went here for a long time but there is a lot of turnover with staff. If a comment is made they get rid of you which is an unprofessional way to deal with patients. Several patients made comments about the office staff on Facebook and every single person was called and was threatened to be discharged. Freedom of speech gives anyone the right to express an opinion. Denise Freiji is the worst. We found a much nicer office to go to with excellent services.
I have never left a review online in my entire life, but today I felt obligated to do so. I have been a patient of this practice For the last 8 years and I love the PA’s in the office and to be honest in all that time I have only had 3-4 visits with actual doctors and they still manage to charge me the same amount. RecommendedThe staff keeps on top of your health and does physical exams annually. They keep in contact with you rather than you calling them. They have same day appointments when not feeling well. I am so happy my daughter's pediatrician recommended them! My husband decided to go after i kept saying how wonderful they are.
