I had a great experience in the ER this past week. Everyone I encountered was so nice & Dr. Sanchez was so kind & thorough when explaining things to me and my husband! They were also very quick and efficient when providing care.
I was seen in the Ear at Carroll Hospital on 7/29 for severe left hip pain related to my cancer diagnosis. The team there was excellent. I couldn’t have asked for a better nurse in Jen Ayd. She was empathetic, caring, and responsive to my needs. Dr. Investor was great. Kept me informed of my progress and provided excellent follow up instructions. It’s not everyday you can say these things about an ER visit.
Extremely well trained and humble staff
The staff at Carroll has really improved and I really felt like I was in good hands whole there. My nurse in the ER was especially wonderful. Thank you all♥️
I was in the Emergency room from 8 to the afternoon. Nevertheless, I felt cared for! They monitored me. They were to busy to get me back to a room but the doctor came out and spent time explaining and figuring out what needed to be done next. They kept track of my blood pressure etc. I just appreciated the care I was given here; and was blessed to be able to leave.
