I was very disappointed in my dealing with Carroll Hearing Associates. Several things seemed borderline deceptive. I asked my doctor for a referral and received a call from Carroll Hearing Associates. When I set up the appointment I commented on the referral through Huntsville Hospital, and they acknowledged having a great relationship with Huntsville Hospital, although once I got to their office, I was told that they are not associated with Huntsville Hospital. Mr. Carroll was very attentive to my needs and explained everything carefully so Tha at i understood what was going on. He helped me get an excellent product that I'm very happy with. The receptionist was cheerful but professional. All in all it was an excellent experience. I recommend them highly.
