Terrible service. Rude front desk. Refused to see me or do bloodwork because I had shingles… which isn’t that the point of going to the dr? To be treated? Wasted time and still charged me co pay and told me to come back for a physical and labs. Switching providers it requires so much effort to get simple prescriptions filled.
I used to love this office until they changed to the call center. Now I can barely get through to make an appt. I called at 8am and didn’t get ahold of someone till 830 then had to hold on the phone for 20 min to make the actual appointment. When I used to be able to call and talk to someone right away and make an appt within a few minutes.
