In my opinion, the staff are very friendly and highly professional, and the facilities are very clean. It is a very comfortable environment. 10/10.
Can’t even speak to person anymore. All automated. Spoke to an agent last week for medications. Never got a call back from my doctor. Can’t schedule an appointment without waiting all day for a call back. Guess I have to come in and schedule an appointment and make sure my medications aren’t delayed
Perfect example of our America's horrible healthcare system. 1. Never able to reach a nurse on staff or anyone that could help in real time 2. My husband was in dire need of an inhaler and not only did it take weeks to receive, they sent the wrong one... twice 3. They sent us to collections for $7.96. We moved and had no idea there was anything outstanding. However, our mail was forwarded and we never received notice via mail or phone call. 10 out of 10 do not recommend
AVOID THIS PRACTICE The 5 or 6 older women at the front desk should ALL be REPLACED with employees who are kind, sensible and trained in customer service. Seriously. I can't stress enough how uncomfortable my daughter (the patient) and I felt after enduring the rudeness, lying and stupidity of this office. They made it extremely difficult to schedule an initial appointment, only to be told when we arrived that it was "the wrong day" (NOT TRUE, sorry, it was their 'purposeful' mistake).
