Arrived at 6:50 am for 9:30 am appointment but you can’t go in through the gate till 7:30 am , there’s signs that guide you to the back for otr staging area then you have to walk over to shipping and receiving which when u get to the door it says then don’t come in till 8 am once they have their little meeting they unlock the door by that time it’s about 8:15 am . Checked in etc etc got door right away out of there by 9:15 am
Very pleasent experience. Very quick load. No overnight parking that I could see. Would have givin a 5 star but the parking lot is like a crazy game of Jenga.
