Called to get some measurements and told the person I need a time frame on when someone will be out, got NO call back for a time. Someone randomly showed up. When I called back to get an update, I was told someone showed up but was not let in to measure and told for me to use someone else. Communication was asked for but not received. Would NOT recommend.

Last used Carrol-David some 30 years ago. Great then and great now. Owner Scott, customer rep Marie, Jose and their two installers were awesome. Professional, courteous & knowledgeable. Can't go wrong with that team.

Our sliding glass door broke out of nowhere! We called and Rodney, came out the next day. Took measurements. It was not a standard size Rodney cleaned up all the broken glass. A week later he's here installing the new one! Yay! He even helped with the lock! We highly recommend this awesome service!

I called Carroll-David Distributing to replace a double pane window that had one broken pane. Their customer service was outstanding from beginning to end. Marie at the front desk was very knowledgeable and based on the information I gave her, she gave me a quote over the phone. She sent someone out to measure it the next day (Friday), the glass was ordered and it was installed on Monday. I paid exactly what she quoted me over the phone.
