Went in awhile back as my dog was itching and coughing. Was told he had a flea infestation (he didn’t have fleas) and that he didn’t have any cough that he was fine. The cough has now gotten worse to the point he can’t even play for more than 20 minutes without choking and coughing. And yea the “flea infestation” was because he was allergic to chicken. Spoke with the lady on the phone. After reading the details online for a wellness care plan that included kore vaccinations, blood work and other things to be every month, instead of having one big Beal, so I did this online as you're required to you before you can make an appointment, then I set my appointment took my dog down in and they did nothing for her. Said that she needed adult blood work like I had paid for a puppy's blood work or a puppy wellness plan. They said she was also behind on her Rabies vaccination. But t... read more

Absolute poorest customer service over the phone I have ever witnessed in my life and I myself offer pretty bad customer service. Like woweee figure it out man. Woman. She was a lady. Didn’t tell me her name. Rudest lady alive.
