Go somewhere else unless you want to be treated badly and ripped off Yes, I agree with you. The women that work there are EXTREMELY RUDE and do not know what they are doing at all. They sure try to rip you off thought. They tried to charge me $54 to trim my dogs nails when they told me it would be $9 over the phone. Absolutely ridiculous.
Bad Service Recently Actually, I had terrible service just last week! I wish they would get an entire new staff because Zercoe is good but I will never return with that awful staff of hers! I wonder if she knows how they treat people? Maybe if they weren't so rude and disrespectful to people they would not have so many bad reviews everywhere.
Lovely I went there TODAY 7/2/10 and they were GREAT! I called three or four times before I went and every time was treated sweetly. I interacted with FOUR different people that work there and ALL were nice. No wait, helped with details, fairly priced. I highly recommend the place.
Great Place! I'm not sure why everyone else has such problems with the hospital. I've had nothing but good experiences with the doctor and the staff. There have been a lot of changes in the staff over the last few months since I've been going there, maybe the problems from earlier have been worked out.
THE WORST ANIMAL HOSPITAL I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This was the worst experience i have ever had.All of the women that work there are extremely rude. They made me wait for an hour and didn't even know what my name was after the 5Th time they asked me. They could not locate my file after an hour!The women weren't even looking for it!My dog and I sat there and watched these girls, not women just stand there when my dog needed a shot that would help her get better.An emergency came in and they still just stood there... read more
I liked them! I really enjoyed my experience at Oak Mountain 01/7/11. Dr. Zercoe must have replaced some staff. The people I dealt with were kind, courteous and knowledgeable. I recommend a visit and will bring my pet back.
