Avoid Tom’s Caroll Construction!! Pro’s: Tom has been in business for years. He has a crew of employees, not subcontractors. He’s personable. Con’s: His workmanship is bare minimum at best. Tom and his crew installed a new foundation, to replace the original brick foundation in our Victorian home. Tom did a great job on my foundation. I have a 1897 Victorian and he removed all the bricks and build a cement foundation without having to move out. Work was clean and efficient, $30K less than the closest bid. Easy to work with, but you have to wait. Definitely recommend.
Carroll Contruction replaced our driveway last summer and did a terrific job. The new driveway has held up perfectly. Cleanup after the project was meticulous. We are hoping to work with this company again on more home improvement projects!
