I hired Carroll Bradford after hurricane Irma damaged my roof. Although it appeared that they did an OK job, it wasn't long before I discovered that they were more concerned with getting it done fast rather than doing it right. Not long after they were "done", I heard "critters" in the attic. Turns out they left openings in the "hard to reach" valleys where squirrels/rats could nest. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They replaced our roof in 2021 and I need a wind mitigation doc and have been trying to reach someone for days. I'm not even trying to file a claim or complain....No one answers their phone OR calls back. I have 3 emails for contacts from there that have all bounced! Fly by night company? Hurricane season is coming up, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I wish I had done my homework or someone warned me!
Caroll Bradford reroofed my house several years ago. I have a written 25 year warranty on both material and workmanship. The roof shingles and flashing were not properly installed causing leaks and damage to my home. I've attempted numerous times to contact Caroll Bradford. Of the 25 or 30 times only once has the phone been answered. No one has ever come to inspect the roof for damage. I was forced to hire another contractor to effect repairs.
