I lost my left hearing aid while working in the yard in late October. I called Dr. Carroll as soon as I realized it, and got an appointment for two weeks later, and two weeks after that, I got the new aids. Dr. Carroll is a true professional and has helped me greatly with my hearing problem. When you are with her, you do not feel rushed and she goes over all the hearing aid details very thoroughly. I feel very confident working with her. Bruce Waters

I have been seeing Anita for 6 years. She has been very thorough, up to date, and dedicated to helping me hear better. She has helped me make the necessary decisions without any pressure, and has been a great advocate with hearing aid manufacturer getting necessary repairs and updates.
