A tree fell on my house during the July 6th hail storm. Carroll & Company Tree Service gave me a quote the same day and removed the tree in less than 24 hours. I am not a NJ long time resident but happy to have found a reliable and quick response tree service. Need a reference contact me.

I contacted them and set up an appointment. When he can out he gave me a written estimate and said “call me when you’re ready “. Well I called him three days later and spoke to the woman who answers the phone I said the price was acceptable and we would like to schedule the job she said OK someone will return your call. Well, no one ever called me back I called three times since then, left three different messages and still no return phone call. A tree fell on Friday of the first Nor'easter in March. On Monday, Carroll gave us an estimate that we accepted. Two weeks later, he still hadn't done the work. He'll give you a good price, but he isn't good at project management.

Dave gave me an estimate told me 2 or 3 weeks. they should on time. The crew was very nice and they did an excellent job
