I just got off the phone with the receptionist and, as always, she and everyone in their office is patient and professional. My question was answered on the spot. I cannot even put into words how nice it is to deal with a professional and not have to deal with tude and incompetent bufoons. Sure, I could save money and go somewhere else, but I simply will not as I won't take the risk . The accountant I have been doing business with knows his business and "gets it". I do recommend this agency.

I contacted them on a Friday afternoon. I left a voice mail. I expected a return call Monday. Tuesday mid-day I called again. I was told that they were very busy and call me back by the end of the day with an accountant assigned to me. Several weeks later, no reply.
