Can't order online and doesn't answer the phone. Still in business?
Tried ordering a part, at checkout it kept declining my card, tried calling for support, no answer. I had the same experience Joel did.
I tried to purchase a item from Carro Pacific on line. It would not allow me to make the purchase. It repeatedly told me to try again. Then they send me a email, that I left something in my cart. I emailed them many times asking for assistance, no response. I called them at the telephone number , no answer, constant busy signal. I don't know how this company has been in business since 1994, based on my experience, they are totally unprofessional, and do not respect the consumer. Total disappointment.
