When I moved to Wichita from Maryland more than nine years ago, I needed a new doctor. After a couple of misses, I was referred to Dr Carro. I could never have asked for a better physician to entrust my health and the health of my family. Anytime I or anyone in my family have needed to get in to see the doctor quickly, we were accommodated, usually within the hour, but at least within a day. Dr. Carro and his team is very caring and professional. He's one of the few doctors who actually takes time to talk and explain everything. He will not hesitate to talk even for an hour or longer if needed. He and his team always go beyond what's expected to accommodate schedules and emergencies that arise. They are also always available to talk to over the phone even outside of business hours, which sometimes eliminates the need to go to a walk in clinic or emergency room, depending on what's going on. I have been seeing this doctor for 20 years but the service now is horrible. Sad that this doctor doesn't care anymore. Save your self time and money to go see a doctor that really cares.
Worse service ever! Carro is the most arrogant and unprofessional Dr. I've ever seen in my life. Very disappointed, never coming back!
