Mostly a retirement village. Units are built cheap with baseboard heating and window air conditioning. Long waiting list for 2 bedroom units with attached garages. 1 bedroom units have nice, big loft but its unusable in summer months do to cooling problems. The patio in front of each unit is nice and the grounds are kept meticulously. Maintenance and landlady live onsite and are prompt to respond to any issues. They only take really small pets.
