Just had a terrible experience with new staff member ignoring my phone calls about a maintenance issue. I had to call from another number to get an answer very unprofessional!

If u don’t care about possible mold or water damage this is the place for you. I haven’t been living here for more than a week and the ceiling is falling in and actively leaking water and i was told to “wait for the ac unit to thaw out” and then they can try to repair it. The maintenance staff is unprofessional and untrained all around.
