I'm a new tenant here and I've loved everything about my experience. Tishone was phenomenal with my move in process! She was very consistent and thorough and still checks on me to ensure this feels like home. I would highly recommend this complex.
Came to the office and received all the information I needed. Went home. Completed application. Got approved for the 1b 1b that will be available in April on the 11th. Came back to the office a week later. Called before I arrived. Was told that the unit is still available. Bring your MCR fee and they will finish explaining the process when I got there. I eagerly anticipate moving in.
I've been a resident of Carrington Park for six and a half years. I love living here. Although the past few months have been a little rough with staff changes, etc. my faith and joy have been restored by the staff that is in place now. Back in December there was a mishap when the apartment above me flooded and caused damage to the ceiling in my apartment. With all of the staff changes it seemed it would never be taken care of. Maintenance did amazing job to respond to emergency call over the weekend for my washer , I was concerned if washer will leak and cost trouble for my downstairs neighbor due to accumulating so much water inside.He told us he will order parts today on 1/24/25 and he will replace on Monday 1/27/25. I’m certainly sure maintenance will fix that issue on Monday .DLH company is great, and they truly care about the residents .Definitely kudos for maintenance on call this weekend.
