We’re still in the process of moving in, but so far.. ALL HAS BEEN HANDLED SO NICELY. This is my second complex that I’m moving into, so I’m still fairly new to how everything works, but Carrington has been helping me significantly with the process. Communication is top priority for me and this place has it. I’m more than confident I will enjoy my experience here at Carrington!!
I am compelled to share my deeply disappointing experience with Carrington Apts to warn potential future tenants. My time at this complex was plagued by poor management, inadequate response to tenant issues, and an unfair handling of my security deposit. Firstly, the management’s treatment of tenants is woefully inadequate. I recently moved into this apartment complex and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the apartment and the entire staff. The staff members consistently worked with me to find an apartment that met my needs and since then, they have exceeded my expectations with kindness and care. The apartment is very spacious, the community is quiet, and the location is great! Thank you Carrington Apartments!! Home sweet home!
