I just moved in a week ago and this apartment is very nice. The office staff are so sweet and helpful, and the maintenance guys I've met so far are great! The only complaint I have is the application process is a bit convoluted and complicated, but in the end it was totally worth the extra effort! I'd recommend this complex to anyone looking in the Buda area!
Carrington Oaks is the best place to live. They are so caring and throw the best resident events. Brie, Valerie and Tray are awesome and they treat me like family.
The water bill is $80 a month and parking sux. The staff in nice enough but its really ollympus properties that sux. They nickel and dime you to death with hidden charges. They delay the utility charges for months so they can keep your deposit and tortue you for months after moving out . RUN.
We’ve really enjoyed our experience at Carrington Oaks. We recently submitted an emergency work order, and the Lead Maintenance Technician, Vincent, handled it with true professionalism and care for our needs. He was prompt, efficient, and resolved the issue quickly. We’re so grateful for how well you take care of your residents. Thank you again!
We loved living at Carrington Oaks with my Family! They supported us every step of our journey in Buda. Tray, has been so helpful and sweet to work with. We are sad to go but will cherish all the memories.
