TLDR- Charged me $311 ONTOP of my deposit (so a total of $761-insane). Part of me feels bad writing this because the girls at the front are so nice, but do not live here. They charge a lot to live in buda and they will charge you to the roof when you move out. When I moved in the place was not spotless, there were dirty counters, cabinets had scrapes and dust, handles falling off (that were never properly fixed), coal/cigarettes in the yard etc. when I moved out we scrubbed that place top to bottom. The best move in ever. Brie, Valerie and Tray treated me amazingly, and the amenities are awesome. The apartment was in perfect condition when I moved in, the neighborhood is calm, and everything that you need is nearby. 5/5
I just moved in and I am so excited to be here. This entire process has been so smooth. Valerie has been so helpful. They found me a home super fast and the entire front office staff have been nothing but extremely friendly every time I have come up to the office or called in. The apartments are gorgeous and extremely well maintained. Everything from setting up new internet to moving in my stuff has all gone perfectly. 10/10 would recommend!
I would give it a 5 but I’m not in yet …Did my tour with bri she’s is the sweetest.The tour was great ,wasn’t Awkward like some other places.They have been here for some time but you can tell they keep up with the facility.The only thing that holds me back really is they come with a washer and dryer wich is good for some ,But I have my own washer and dryer and I don’t want to be responsible for theirs if something goes out and have to pay when I could just have used mine…..But other than that Ide say they’re pretty nice
I just moved in a week ago and this apartment is very nice. The office staff are so sweet and helpful, and the maintenance guys I've met so far are great! The only complaint I have is the application process is a bit convoluted and complicated, but in the end it was totally worth the extra effort! I'd recommend this complex to anyone looking in the Buda area!
