Arlene is doing great and bringing information as I am needing to know. I really hope to keep her as a Representative as my past two Reps are not very helpful, nor did they want to help me with my special situation. Adding that, "this is the definition of Customer Service." To bad Carrington can't clone Ms.Arlene because she makes the world a better place.
