Carrington is the worst mortgage company we have ever dealt with. Horrible customer service, financial issues, hidden “late” fees, and threats toward customers. Weeks after we closed out our mortgage because our house sold, they came after us trying to collect a random “late fee” that they claimed was from years before we even owned the home. Amazing mortgage company to deal with. Bianca was an amazing person to work with. Very kind and understanding and very good at explaining things to me.
I am very satisfied with the service that I received today. I don't know if I am allowed to say name,so I will just say the ASSISTANT. She took the time to explain everything to me until I understand. she allowed me to ask questions, and provided answers very quickly.
