Very out of touch marketing. I get emails saying I should tap into my home equity of...$0. I have equity, to I'd take my business elsewhere. I would recommend they get their data integrations straightened out and market to people correctly. I have repeatedly asked them to correct this or remove me from emails and I hear nothing back. Pretty sure that's a CAN-SPAM act violation, which could be a penalty of up to $51,744 per individual email that violates the law. I have about 5 so far.
Very poor communication, delayed closing because of this. I will never deal with them again!!
Sally went above and beyond to help us with out first brokered loan at Carrington. Sally is knowledgeable and kept us informed during the process. She never hesitated to answer even the most minor questions. She is a shining star!
*BEWARE MORTGAGE BROKERS* I submitted a file to Carrington to see if we can do a purchase for my client. Upon submission it when under review and was declined. No biggie. HOWEVER, when i called Carrington desk/emailed them to cancel my appraisal they did not answer or emailed me back confirming it was cancelled since it was scheduled in two days.
