Worst company ever! they Raise My Payment $200.
Worst customer service I've ever experienced by far. They call every month on the 10th harassing for a payment even though the payment is not due until the 15th. I've been working for in the mortgage industry for 14 years and have had a mortgage for over 10 years with different lenders and I've never had to deal with harassment from a lender. I would give them zero stars if I could.
not even one step shy of being loan sharks. Customer service is horrible!! They have only responded properly once I got an attorney working for me. Bloody ridiculous!!! Lowest prime interest rates in history, yet my mortgage keeps going up???? (never one late payment in ten years! unfortunately, due to economy I can't refinance elswhere) B**tards!
Horrible Service. BoA sold them my home loan. Years later I refinance to get away from Carrington. Carrington lied to me about sending my escrow following the closure of the loan by telling me the check post marked a week before it actually did. They didn't put the check in the mail until I called them and they pretended like it was already sent. If you try to use their website for anything... good luck.
