I sent a letter asking for a one-time forgiveness to have the late payments removed from my credit report. Worst company ever. Can't believe still doing business. My 83 year old sister is homeless because she has reverse mortgage with them and they took her home owners check and will not release any funds after flood. Filed CFPB complaint and they laughed at me. My sister don't even know where money went to. 5 million and counting for fines from CFPB and sure more coming
