Since Carrington Heating and Air put in minisplits to our house several years ago we have had to call them multiple times each summer because of issues with their installation (leaks, malfunctioning minisplits, etc). Furthermore, they are not good communicators, do not respond promptly to urgent issues, and do not follow up (for example, diagnosing a problem, saying that they will be by the next day to fix it, then not coming back and not calling). I strongly recommend against hiring them for anything.

Carrington’s installed a new furnace and water heater 6 years ago and have been excellent to work with. A neighbors HVAC company accidentally cut our lines and Carrington’s made two trips to help us free of charge. Service like this is hard to find. I’m a customer for life!

Carrington's was great to work with! Their pricing was extremely reasonable, communication was great, and the job was done perfectly at the end of the day. They were able to get out to us to replace a failing AC Compressor and associated air handler within a couple of weeks of the initial quote, during the hottest part of the summer. I'd recommend Carrington's to anyone that needs HVAC work completed.
