it was OK picking up a load here. Google directions are good to get here. I had a 8 o’clock appointment. I checked in around 7:30 and they loaded me up by 9:45 which is not bad but I only got like eight pallets going to deliver McLean Frankfurt, Kentucky tql load. It’s hard to find someone in the shipping and receiving, but if you keep digging, you’ll find someone
fast unloading.
I arrived at 10:00. This was my appointment. I have been standing here for 7 hours, first my tractor was loaded, and then they started unloading it into another truck that had arrived and they moved my load to it, and I am still standing here, what is going on with this company, what is wrong here?
