its not hard wood, its cheap van. over concrete. dont expect any maintenance orders done in a timely manor. if you smoke by the pool they will inform you it is in your lease that you cant smoke pool side, but the havoc hockey team can have kegs and liquor pool side and the office staff is smoking on the office porch. if you are ok with murders, shootings, trash everywhere, and needles found on the property, this place is for you. if not stay away. over priced for a place of its age and environment. oh yea, you can forget ha... read more
