left this place as soon as i could if you’re looking to move in you absolutely must check all the windows as most units have a common issue of having holes in the sealant allowing rain, snow and wind to leak in check the fridges as well as the seal did not work properly causing all of our food so constantly have freezer burn and i understand this may sound like a just us issue but i have talked with others living in unit who have the same/similar issues ! and pray it doesn’t rain hard enough for your plywood garage to flood ... read more

Beware!!! They charged my son a $300 cleaning fee and a $90 carpet cleaning fee when he left after only 1.5 years. I was there when he moved in and moved out and the apartment he had was much cleaner the day he moved out then the day he moved in! We spent hours cleaning to avoid this issue, yet they still stole half of his security deposit on cleaning charges that I'm willing to bet never even took place!
