I have lived in this complex for almost 4 years.� During this time, I have had several problems.� The appliances are so old...the freezer still needs to be defrosted and leaks, dishwasher is very loud. The washer and dryer are a joke, I cant even do a short load.� The dryer takes about 2 hours to dry 4 pair of jeans and 4 t-shirts, therefore costing me money.� Most all of the knobs are loose on the doors and the cupboard doors are loose.� THE BIGGEST ISSUES WOULD BE: THE LIVINGROOM FLOOR IS FALLING IN AT THE PATIO DOOR(quick... read more
hello folks , carrington apts-- free heat - yup if you like 70 degrees in the winter months - the heating systems is a boiler systems - i had called to complain about the ( unit # 18 ) was very cold - so i get one of the maintence person show up - first thing he states is well you closed the hallway top vent - this is why the whole apt heat does not work ? what the are you saying ??because of a 5 ft section is why the heating systems does not work ?? dude the boiler systems work like this !!! at the boiler is a temp gauge ! ... read more
Let me start out by saying, I loved my apartment that we lived in. It was spacious (1400 sq. ft) and I loved the 2 balconies on each level that we had. The management (excluding the maintenance guy) is HORRIBLE and very very unfriendly. They never said hi when we took the rent check in, never made conversation EVER. I dreaded going in there. The worst part was when we were moving out, we got charged for things that were never told to us that would be charged. They had a \$80 carpet cleaning, that I could have done myself bec... read more

All of the previous comments are right on! Management is not only unfriendly, but flat out RUDE! Cheryl is the WORST! Their idea of management is leaving nasty notes on your door and messages on your phone. What a joke! If I thought the management company in ND gave half a care, I would complain... but that would just give them more reason to harass me!The floor in my apartment is sagging in several places. The worst apartment Ive lived in in 20 years. Even though I caused zero damage while I was there, and cleaned every square inch before leaving, I got none of my \$250 deposit back. Kiss you deposit good bye. Money sucking management company. Noisy neighbors. Thin walls. Stay clear of this place.
