Great community , great staff, very understanding and respectful. Heather has been a pleasure to deal with in all aspects . Humility , integrity, professional and driven are traits I can use to describe what she has done to help me and my family . God bless her and the whole staff .
Let me start off by saying that I’ve been here for about 3 years and the experience is some what ok. If you ask me would I recommend This place my answer will be NO. 1st off my appliances constantly needs repair even after the service has been completed. My refrigerator has a constant leak and instead of the property manager putting in an invoice to replacing the refrigerator I’m stuck with a temporary fix. I’ve lived at this apartment for 3 years now. Ever since the management change, The Abbey, everything has gone down hill. There is little to no communication about anything. Edit: They REFUSE to return calls and emails.
Living at Abbey at Park Lakes has been a truly positive experience. What really set it apart for me was the incredible team in the leasing office—especially Heather, the assistant manager. She was always professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure residents felt heard and supported. I have been here for over two years. The property was recently taken over by The Abbey @ Park Lakes. The staff is very warm and welcoming when you need them. Ms. Heather is especially nice. Whenever I call you can sense the smile thru the phone. Property is quiet and clean. Repairs are addressed in a timely manner and neighbors are friendly. People walk their dogs and enjoy their living space.
