Living at Abbey at Park Lakes has been a truly positive experience. What really set it apart for me was the incredible team in the leasing office—especially Heather, the assistant manager. She was always professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure residents felt heard and supported. I have been here for over two years. The property was recently taken over by The Abbey @ Park Lakes. The staff is very warm and welcoming when you need them. Ms. Heather is especially nice. Whenever I call you can sense the smile thru the phone. Property is quiet and clean. Repairs are addressed in a timely manner and neighbors are friendly. People walk their dogs and enjoy their living space.
My experience was great ! The staff was super friendly and helped me get into my apartment quick. Property is nice they are upgrading and can’t wait to see how it turns out. My apartment in newly renovated and it’s really nice . All and all it has been a great experience !
