The maintenance team is great, but the office doesn't keep their word. I was told when I applied that the garage I wanted was no longer available but another one 3 buildings down was, and that when a closer garage opened I would be able to move to it. 7 months later a garage right by my unit was moved our of but I was told someone already applied for that one and they cant do anything as far as moving my garage. They're not keeping their word, and prioritizing getting new residents over ones already living there.
I am in my fourth year as a resident. The property exterior was completely refurbished and painted, giving it a fresh look. The maintenance staff is top notch. They have been responding the same day as the request. They recently installed a beautiful new faucet in the kitchen. There are several outside areas with nice landscaping, picnic areas, and many trees.
I came in to look for an apartment for my grandmother and the community is so pretty and peaceful! The office staff was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions too. Love it!
