Update Sep 22 2024: Parking is still a problem. They keep saying they'll solve it but they don't really look into it at all. Kinda funny they're quick to take legal action if you don't pay them rent but when it comes to their residents needs, they masterfully faill!!! Seems like the parking spaces are getting filled up again. I work nightshift and it's been days that I had to wait till 5am before I can find a free space to park in my own apartment. I'm physically and mentally tired of this problem coming back up over and over every year like it some messed up event. 🤦
Ungated and unsecure homeless and other residents from other streets will come here and throw their trash all the time which makes it unhygienic too.
