It used to okay. But now the value has gone down drastically. They get very sloppy with their work, resulting in higher repeating failures and unreliable workmanship. They also have bad attitudes and poor customers service. I brought my trimmer in for sharpening and they did a rush job that caused the tool to perform poorly. And they don't stand behind their work! They tend to favor those who speak Spanish and discriminate against non-Hispanic customers! Don't waste your time or money here.
The guys at Carrillo are great. Their service is excellent, and they’re always friendly and easy to work with. They’ve repaired my chainsaw multiple times, and every time they’ve done an incredible job. Highly recommend them for small engine repairs and service.
This place is amazing. They fixed my generator on short notice when Edison cut the power for repairs. A+++
