"I recently had a very disappointing experience with Carrillo Tires. I brought my minivan in for a tire rotation, which is included with my purchase, but the staff refused to perform the rotation using the correct pattern for my vehicle. They also threatened to cancel my warranty if they followed my request. To make matters worse, the gentleman I spoke with was extremely rude and unprofessional. I cannot recommend this business based on the lack of proper service and poor customer treatment.
