Friendly, but seems to struggle with consistency and courtesy. Office does not follow-up in a timely manner, they upsell unnecessary products to you, and they add additional fees for materials after you've already paid for them. I paid over $1,300 for implants, and the color of my teeth don't match. Instead of owning up, I am stuck very unsatisfied with an additional $300+ charge for "materials" that they can't explain to me. I'm in more discomfort than if I didn't have service. Everyone in this office is extremely help, kind & courteous. The hygienist was wonderful as well as the dentist. I’m so pleased to have found such a wonderful office.
I have always had the best experience getting dental work done here. The staff is exceptionally kind and professional. They also will not look to charge you for unnecessary things like those "free" cleaning scam dental offices.
I have been a patient of dr.Carrillo for over 12 years,and I have seen my share of dentists in my +70 years.Dr Carrillo and all of her staff are the best you can find in this field.The quality is superior and the prices are more than fair.Thank you.
